Cancellation Policy

ATTENDANCE: To receive your certificate, you must attend all class sessions. If you are unable to attend a session due to illness or another serious life event, we will do our best to help you make up the missed class online before the course ends for an additional $75 fee, depending on the instructor’s availability. Deposits, Cancellation & Refund Policy DEPOSIT: Due to the intentionally small class size, there is a $150.00 non-refundable deposit required to hold your spot in the class. The remainder of the course fee will be billed and must be paid no later than one week prior to the start date. CANCELLATION POLICY: If your plans change, you may cancel your registration and request a refund (minus the deposit) up to one week before the course begins. After that time, refunds are not available for missed courses or individual class sessions. If the course is canceled by the instructor before the start date, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit. In the event of an unexpected emergency that requires a class session to be canceled, every effort will be made to reschedule. If rescheduling isn’t possible, a voucher for an online session may be offered as an alternative.
