SARA
Shelter Animal Reiki Association
The Shelter Animal Reiki Association (SARA) is a worldwide grassroots organization dedicated to improving the lives of shelter animals and their caregivers through the Let Animals Lead® method of Animal Reiki meditation. This gentle, meditation-based approach helps animals and humans navigate the chaos, uncertainty, and stress of shelter life and captive wildlife environments with greater calm and resilience.
SARA engages a worldwide network of shelter organizations, teachers, and practitioners, effectively using these methods in various settings, including shelters, sanctuaries, rescue centers, and veterinary offices practicing traditional and complementary veterinary medicine modalities.
